Monique Ford, BSN, RN
Founder & Registered Nurse
For more than three decades, Monique Ford has cared for patients across a variety of healthcare settings, including nearly three decades in emergency nursing.
Throughout her nursing career, she repeatedly witnessed what happens outside the walls of traditional healthcare: patients leaving with unanswered questions, families struggling to navigate next steps, individuals uncertain about medications or follow-up care, and organizations needing access to qualified medical support outside a traditional clinical environment.
Those experiences helped shape the vision for Maior Concierge Nursing.
Monique founded Maior with a simple belief: professional nursing support should be accessible beyond the walls of a hospital or physician’s office.
Her vision is to combine clinical experience with personalized, mobile service, meeting clients where they are and helping bridge the gap between receiving healthcare and confidently navigating what comes next.
