Maior's RN-led mobile services are designed to provide education, advocacy, navigation, wellness support, medication support, and other professional services based on each client's individual needs. Maior supplements, not replaces, the care provided by your physicians and other healthcare providers.

Maior provides mobile services throughout Raleigh, Durham, the Triangle, and surrounding North Carolina communities. Because availability may vary based on location and requested service, contact us to confirm service availability in your area.

No. A physician's order is not required to request Maior's concierge nursing services. Maior works with individuals and families to help them understand, organize, and navigate healthcare instructions and recommendations provided by their existing healthcare providers. Maior does not independently prescribe medications, diagnose medical conditions, or replace the client's physician or other healthcare providers. When a service requires provider authorization, an existing order, or clarification from a healthcare provider, Maior will work within those requirements.

Yes. Family members may contact Maior to inquire about services for a loved one. The individual receiving services must appropriately consent to services, and authorization may be required before Maior can share health information with family members or others involved in their care.

Wellness checks are personalized based on the client's needs and may include a general wellness assessment, vital signs when appropriate, review of prescribed medication instructions and medication routine, review of healthcare instructions, appointment preparation, and identification of concerns that may warrant follow-up with a healthcare provider.

Yes. Depending on the client's needs, Maior may provide medication education, medication reconciliation, review of the prescribed medication routine, and scheduled medication organizer setup based on current prescription instructions. Questions or discrepancies requiring clinical clarification will be referred to the appropriate prescribing provider or pharmacist.

Yes. Maior can provide supplemental RN support after hospitalization, including review of discharge instructions, medication education, organization of follow-up needs, reinforcement of healthcare instructions, and assistance preparing questions for providers. Maior does not replace prescribed home-health services or other healthcare providers.

Patient Advocacy focuses on helping you prepare questions, communicate concerns, understand information, and participate confidently in your healthcare. Healthcare Navigation focuses on helping you organize providers, appointments, referrals, instructions, and next steps as you move through the healthcare system.

Maior provides professional mobile DNA specimen collection. Testing and analysis are performed by the appropriate laboratory. Available collection services depend on the requested test, laboratory requirements, and whether the collection is for personal or legal purposes.

Yes. Maior provides RN-led Event Medical & On-Site Nursing Support for qualifying corporate, community, private, and organizational events. Coverage is customized based on factors such as event type, location, duration, anticipated attendance, and medical preparedness needs.

No. Maior provides supplemental nursing and professional support and does not replace your physician, prescribed home-health services, emergency medical services, or other healthcare providers.

Maior Concierge Nursing is not an emergency medical service. Call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care for a medical emergency.

Both. Depending on the requested service and availability, clients may receive individual services or ongoing support through Maior's concierge Levels of Support: Maior Essential, Maior Signature, and Maior Premier.

Pricing varies depending on the service requested, location, duration, level of support, and other individual needs. Event medical services are customized based on event requirements. Contact Maior for information regarding the service appropriate for your needs and applicable pricing.

Maior Concierge Nursing is a private-pay service and does not bill or accept health insurance. Payment responsibility remains with the client or contracting organization. Upon request, Maior may provide documentation of services and payment for the client's records.
