Service Description. This Site describes Patient Advocacy Services, Post-hospitalization Care, Mobile DNA Collection, Event Medical Coverage, Wellness Check Service, On-site Medical Support, Healthcare Navigation Services provided by Maior Concierge Nursing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Maior Concierge Nursing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Maior Concierge Nursing reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://maiorconciergenursing.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Maior Concierge Nursing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Maior Concierge Nursing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Maior Concierge Nursing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.
Updates. Maior Concierge Nursing reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
