An RN can review the client's current medication list against available prescription instructions and healthcare documentation, help identify discrepancies or questions that may require clarification with the prescribing provider or pharmacy, provide medication education, and assist with organizing medications according to the client's prescribed regimen.
Medication Organization
For clients who need additional assistance maintaining their prescribed medication routine, Maior may provide scheduled medication organization, including preparation of medication organizers based on current prescription instructions, along with medication education and identification of concerns requiring follow-up with the prescribing provider or pharmacist.
